Shipping & Delivery

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible so we aim to get your items dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed.

For deliveries to the UK, we use Royal Mail and DPD. Small items that are able to use the Postage Service will be shipped with Royal Mail and larger items will be shipped though courier DPD.

Returns & Replacements
If you need to return an item, please get in touch with us straight away so we can help arrange a replacement, refund or resolve any problems as soon as possible.

Here are a few examples of how most returns will be dealt with:

  • "I purchased the wrong part, need X instead of Y" - Return the part and we'll replace it with the correct one.
  • "I no longer need the part" - If it was a special order part (Not a standard stock item for us) there is a 15% surcharge for returning the item.
  • "The item is faulty" - Return the item and the supplier/manufacturer will either repair or replace your item.
Privacy & Security
Payment details are not kept on record as they are handled by the processing company (i.e. PayPal). We will also ensure your details are not passed onto any 3rd party companies either. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Ordering
When you place an order with us, the details will be sent to our Mail Order Department who work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. From there they will check payments and stock levels and process your order. If we require any parts for your order, these will be actioned and if there are any problems then we will contact you to sort the issue. Other than that, we get 99% of our orders out to you in 4-5 working days. We aim to get every order out as quick as possible with everyday Royal Mail collections and DPD courier pick-ups.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All payments are processed via PayPal for this store which makes everything easy to track and follow up. PayPal accepts all major cards and of course PayPal accounts as well. We are always checking and adjusting our prices as orders and shipments come in and we have different promotions running throughout the year. If for some reason we seem to be priced higher on a product than another company, please contact us and we will try to sort the problem out straight away.

Viewing Orders
If you create an account at checkout when placing your order, you will be able to view all of your orders within your account details. As it’s quick and easy to create an account at checkout, we advise taking this step instead of checking out as a guest so you have this extra feature available. Plus, when you need to order the same product again, you can just go to your old orders and re-order, instead of trying to find the item again. Simple!
